You may walk around while using the HeatPulse Back & Core. However, we recommend remaining seated or standing for best results.
Ensure the four magnetic connection points at the back of the control pod are connected securely to all four points of the belt at all times during use.
The HeatPulse Back & Core can only be used on your back and core by wrapping the belt around your waist.
Each therapy session runs for 30 minutes at a time, after which the HeatPulse Back & Core will automatically shut off. You can also press and hold the power button to manually end your session any time. The HeatPulse can provide at least seven 30-minute sessions on a full charge.
The recommended charging time is six hours for a full charge. Frequent overcharging may deteriorate battery performance and lifespan.
Remove the control pod and wipe down with a slightly damp cloth or sanitize with alcohol sprays or wipes. Do not soak, wash, or submerge in water. Air dry after cleaning and make sure the belt is completely dry before attaching the pod and turning it on.
